What are the shipping costs?

For purchases up to £7.50, the shipping costs are £2.95.

For purchases between £7.50 and £30, the shipping costs are £6.95.

We offer free shipping in the Netherlands for orders over £30.

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are listed after entering the delivery address.


The buyer is responsible for providing the correct information when making a purchase. If the shipment goes wrong as a result of an error made by the buyer, we are not responsible for the (partial) loss of the order. If we need additional information to send the shipment, we will contact the buyer. This may result in a delay in shipment.

We will do everything we can to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery time. If there is a delay in shipping, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible after placing the order. In that case, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement without incurring any costs. We bear the risk of loss or damage to the shipment until the parcel is delivered, unless otherwise agreed.

If the buyer receives a product that they did not order, they must notify us by email as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order). The buyer is responsible for returning the product after consultation and will be reimbursed for the costs.

The buyer may also return the product without giving a reason up to 14 days after receipt. You will then receive an immediate refund. In this case, the return costs will not be reimbursed. The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that have been specially made for you on request.

If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, they should contact us as soon as possible. This can be done via the contact form. We will then decide how to handle the matter. In most cases, you will receive a new product immediately, but you may also have to return the product first. If the customer returns the product without first contacting us, they cannot claim the costs incurred from us.

If the order is lost during transport or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this is evident from the tracking information), an investigation procedure will be initiated with the carrier. In order to maintain high customer satisfaction, we will provide a suitable solution for the customer as soon as possible. We usually wait for this investigation procedure to be completed and then send a new product or refund the purchase price. Both we and the customer must cooperate fully with the carrier.

If a shipment has still not been delivered to the buyer's delivery address 14 days after the dispatch date, the buyer is obliged to contact us within 14 days using the contact form (i.e. no later than 28 days after the dispatch date).

Refund

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the initial shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree on a different method with us. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. We estimate that these costs will not exceed €5.95.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Netherlands – 1 to 3 working days

European Union – 5 to 8 working days

Countries outside the EU – 14 working days

The above estimated delivery times depend on the country and location. We dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders to remote areas outside the country often take longer than orders to New York, for example. These estimated delivery times are given in working days. You can track your parcel using the tracking information provided, which also shows the carrier's current delivery time.

Where can I find the status of my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to DHL or PostNL and your unique tracking number.
