We offer free shipping on orders over €30. This free shipping is available for customers in the Netherlands.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information when making a purchase. If the shipment goes wrong due to an error made by the buyer, we are not responsible for the (partial) loss of the order. If we need additional information to send the shipment, we will contact the buyer. This may cause a delay in shipping.
We do our utmost to deliver the order within the expected delivery time to the delivery address. If there is a delay in shipping, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible after placing the order. In that case, the buyer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge. We bear the risk of loss or damage to the shipment until the package is delivered unless otherwise agreed.
If the buyer receives a product that they did not order, they must notify us by email as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order). The buyer should return the product after consultation and will be reimbursed for the costs.
The buyer may return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You will receive a refund immediately. Return costs in this case are not reimbursed. The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that are specially made at your request.
If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, they should contact us as soon as possible. This can be done via the contact form. We will then decide how the issue will be handled. In most cases, you will receive a new product immediately, but it may also be that you need to return the product first. If the customer returns the product without first contacting us, they cannot claim back the costs incurred.

If the order is lost during transport or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even though this is indicated by the tracking information), an investigation procedure will be initiated with the carrier. To maintain customer satisfaction, we will provide an appropriate solution for the customer as soon as possible. Usually, we first wait for the investigation procedure to be completed and then either send a new product or refund the purchase amount. Both we and the customer must fully cooperate with the carrier.
If a shipment has not been delivered to the buyer's delivery address 14 days after the shipping date, they are required to contact us by email within 14 days (no later than 28 days after the shipping date).
Refunds
In the event of a withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including shipping costs for the outbound shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to use the right of withdrawal. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used, unless you agree on a different method with us. You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. We estimate that these costs will be a maximum of €5.95.

Netherlands – 1 to 3 working days
European Union – 5 to 8 working days
Countries outside the EU – 14 working days
The above expected shipping time depends on the country and location. We ship the order within 2 working days. An order for a foreign, remote area also often takes longer than, for example, New York. This expected delivery time is indicated in working days. You can track the package with the sent tracking information, which also indicates the current shipping time of the carrier.
Where can I find the status of my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to DHL or PostNL and your unique tracking number.
What are the shipping costs?
For a purchase amount up to €15, the shipping costs are €2.95. For a purchase amount between €15 and €30, the shipping costs are €4.95. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for an order amount higher than €30. The shipping costs outside the Netherlands are €7.95, regardless of the purchase amount.
